Each item has been chosen for its calming and soothing properties, and to help the recipient find a moment of peace and stillness in their busy lives.

Inside the box, you will find a 5ml Zen Pen pulse point oil from Bergamot and Flow, which is specially formulated to promote relaxation and reduce stress. This is accompanied by a handmade tea sachet - Inner Zensation (made for us exclusively) by Gorse and Elder - the perfect way to relax and unwind.
