Miniature Silver Birch Collection of Fibre Art Treescapes
Welcome to my mini collection of tapestry woven treescapes in 15cm hoops! I created this collection of fibre art wall hangings as a more accessible way for you to own a piece of my original art but with a smaller price tag. The Silver Birch Mini Collection takes all the magic of my larger silver birch woven wall art to create a more affordable option.
Each hoop depicts its own miniature tree scene, with subtle changes to the colour palette and tree form from hoop to hoop. Lovely shades of pink run throughout the collection and no two trees are the same (just like nature intends). The techniques I have used in these hoops, along with the varying thickness and textures of yarn create a tactile wall hanging that you’ll want to feel every time you walk past it!
These hoops make perfect gifts for nature lovers, mums, sisters, fathers, new parents, everyone... definitely wouldn’t blame you if you got one for yourself either! Previous buyers have hung my treescapes in nurseries, offices, living rooms and bedrooms – bringing a little nature inside!
The same care, attention, quality and techniques have gone into making each of these hoops as you will find in any of my larger pieces of work. I loved the challenge of working to a smaller scale for this collection and I adore how cute they look on their own or in small groups!
